Our local delivery service offers a simple convenient way to purchase all kinds of healthy products.  Pair us up with your favorite market or farm-fresh delivery and you may never have to go to the store again!  That's right folks... no more parking lots, lineups or rushing to three places to find they're all sold out!

NOTE:  For most Delivery Zones in Ottawa, there is no charge for delivery within
our regular eco-delivery schedule on orders of $35 or more.

Methods of Payment Accepted

ONLINE/THROUGH PAYPAL [prepay]:

...via our SECURE SHOPPING CART
- Use our secure PayPal shopping cart while browsing our site to pay with any major credit or bank card.  It's safe, quick and had no fees for you!  Plus, you don't require a PayPal or Collective Conscience account to order!

...or via an E-MAIL ORDER
- Especially helpful when you have a custom gift to order, but useful for all orders.  Simpy send a list of what you want and we'll send out a secure PayPal request to complete the transaction.   NOTE:  For your own safety and security, please DO NOT include sensitive personal information [i.e. credit or debit card numbers] in any e-mail.  We will send a request so that all you have to do is follow the prompts from PayPal, so that your information will be safely encrypted with a secure server.

ON DELIVERY [Cash or Cheque Only]:

    Don’t see your area here? Just ask... Even if you live outside the regular zone, our fees are nominal (typically only $5 to $8) and our schedule is conveniently flexible!

Ontario Orders via Canada Post
    For anywhere else in Ontario, contact us!  Shipping via Canada Post applies outside the regular delivery zones.  Choice of regular [two weeks or less] or express [2-3 days to most Ontario homes].

BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF REGULAR OTTAWA and SURROUNDING AREA RUNS THAT WE DO - A PAYPAL REQUEST WILL BE SENT TO YOU TO COVER THE COST OF PACKING AND SHIPPING VIA CANADA POST.  WE SHIP ALL REGULAR POST UNLESS YOU REQUEST A RUSH DELIVERY [additional charge].

AREAS currently under CONSIDERATION for our regular service [would be bi-weekly or monthly to start] are:  Arnprior, Renfrew, Cornwall, Peterborough, Pembroke, Kingston and more!

*********IMPORTANT SHIPPING NOTE: We DO NOT ship parcels outside of Ontario.  Please contact us for a refund and be advised if you order from anywhere outside of Ontario and do not request a refund within 45 days of the transaction, we reserve the right to charge a $20 processing fee for the inconvenience.  We had no choice but to implement this policy due to the time and resources wasted on these transactions, made by people who order things without reading this page of info or our terms!

Next-Day and Special Orders

While free next-day delivery is not guaranteed, it is often possible.  If you require guaranteed next-day service, and we are not already going to your area that day, a small charge will usually apply (in the regular zone only $5).

IMPORTANT: For next-day delivery, call or email before 3 pm on the day before you would like your order to ensure we can coordinate this.  You must specifically ask for next delivery, otherwise we may schedule you on a run automatically, anytime within 2-3 days of ordering [local delivery schedule only], depending on what is most eco-friendly.

     Most of the items in our catalogue can be delivered by next-day service. However, some items are not part of our regular inventory and are marked as special orders. Please allow two weeks for delivery on these items.  We will be sure to notify you if there's any reason it may take longer [ie out of stock or backordered items].

Return and Refund Policy

We expect that you’ll be satisfied with your purchases, but if not we do accept unopened returns for company credit, excluding certain items such as personal hygiene items.  We reserve the right to refuse a return with signs of damage or tampering.  Pick up fee may apply.  Please call within seven days of your delivery to receive your RAN (return authorization number) and we will arrange pickup.

The following items CAN NOT be returned [list includes, but not necessarily limited to these items]:
- feminine hygiene products
- fair trade silk products
- Klean Kanteen stainless steel water bottles
- custom gift orders

FOR REFUNDS ON ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE OF ONTARIO

Please note: If you order from outside of Ontario, you must request a refund within 45 days.  If you fail to notify us and aren't able to catch it and refund within 45 days, we will lose our PayPal fees and it is more trouble for us to process a refund, therefore WE WILL CHARGE YOU A $20 PROCESSING FEE. We are not responsible for people who do not read or agree to our terms and conditions. If try ordering to somewhere we don't provide service to, you are costing our small business time and money. We will refund the amount paid, less $20 after 45 days. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR RESIDENTS OUTSIDE OF ONTARIO, CANADA WHO FAIL TO READ OUR WEBSITE DETAILS BEFORE ORDERING.

OUTSIDE OF ONTARIO, PLEASE NOTE: Over the last year, we have had an increase in orders placed from people living outside of Ontario.  We will try to make it more clear that is Ontario only to help prevent this and will do our best to automatically provide a refund before the 45 days. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO REQUEST A REFUND WITHIN 45 DAYS IF YOU ARE OUTSIDE OF ONTARIO.  We have done our best to ensure you understand we operate in Ontario only.  IN FACT, ON THE BOTTOM OF EVERY PRODUCT PAGE, IT SAYS ONTARIO ONLY... YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR READING AND COMPLYING WITH OUR TERMS.

We assume no liability for loss of funds or business as a result of your inability to read our terms.  Purchasing anything through our website, as stated in our terms, must only be done IN ACCORDANCE with this Terms of Use.  Our terms state we may update our terms at anytime without notice.
